For additional users, the SON150 can connect up to 100 users in broadcast mode for use in applications like tour groups or educational settings. Broadcast-only users also have the ability to take turns talking with the rest of the group. DECT7 wireless technology operates on the 1.9GHz band and provides secure, interference-free, full-duplex communication, and wide band up to 7kHz with Sonetics wireless headsets up to a 1,600-foot line-of-sight radius.

With an internal and external antenna, the SON150 configures the user’s application for best wireless results. Multiple base stations may be combined with one or more intercom units to support up to 60 users in a single local audio network. The SON150 is USB programmable for adding channels and specific connection profiles.

APX379 Wireless DECT7 Bluetooth Headset
APX377 Wireless DECT7 Headset
usb programable USB Programmable – The headset has a built in USB port to configure your wireless base with a Windows PC. Many of the features may be customized and saved from the program. Refer to the Sonetics Base Station Program for details.
voice prompts Voice Prompts – Voice system provides giuadance to users connected on wireless headsets with the wireless base station.
dect7 Wireless DECT7 Communications – The wireless base station features a wireless DECT7 communication channel enabling full duplex communication, like a conference call, to others on the same channel. The Sonetics wireless DECT7 wireless base connects with Sonetics DECT7 Wireless Headsets. This DECT7 communication network gives the user up to 1600ft line-of-sight range to the wireless base. The standard further ensures interference free and digitally encrypted communications amongst all parties.
dect Wireless DECT Backwards Compatibility – The wireless base station is backwards compatible with the Sonetics first generation wireless DECT and DECT6 Wireless Headsets and Belt Packs with minimal loss in functionality.
dect 7 broadcast mode Wireless DECT7 Broadcast Mode – The headsets may be paired into a listen only mode of operation, reducing power consumption considerably. This also allows many more headsets to be connected to a Wireless Base Station simultaneously. Pressing the Radio PTT button allows the headset to momentarily talk on any available open slot. A tone lets the user know when they can talk. Refer to the Wireless DECT7 Base Station manual for details.
antenna Wireless DECT7 Antenna Design – The wireless base station has an internal antenna and an external antenna. Additionally we have available magnet mount and permanent mount remote antennas.
dect7 encryption Wireless DECT7 Encryption – using the latest digital encryption available, the DECT7 wireless base ensure your conversations are private.
dect7 radio ptt or intercom only selection Wireless DECT7 Radio PTT or Intercom Only Selection – The headset may be configured to send a transmit signal to radios connected to the DECT7 Wireless Base Station and Intercom of a Sonetics DECT7 wireless communication system. This allows the user to transmit over multiple radios depending on the Wireless Base Stations and Intercom configuration. Additionally, the Headset may have radio transmit deselected. This is excellent for teams where some users will need radio transmit and others will not.
dect7 multi-channel system Wireless DECT7 Multi-Channel System – The user may have access to five channels. This allows large teams to have separate channels for different activities while enabling users to change channels and become one communication team.
dect7proximity pairing Wireless DECT7 Proximity Pairing – To enhance security, the Wireless Base Station will only pair to wireless DECT7 units in close proximity. This adds another layer of protection for users.
dect7 wide band audio Wireless DECT7 Wide Band Audio – The wireless DECT7 communications are transmitted in a high definition wide band audio format. This allows greater intelligibility of the user and integration with voice activated control systems. This feature is defeatable to allow the user to be in a narrow band audio communication.
