How to Access the Advanced Menu on an Apex Wireless Headset
- Turn the headset off.
- Simultaneously press and hold the FWD and BACK buttons on the right ear dome (without the mic boom). Continue to hold during Step 3.
- Press and hold the Power button on the right ear dome.
- When you hear a voice prompt announce “Sonetics on. Battery (level). Advanced Menu,” release all three buttons.
